Book Character Day!

For one of recent class rewards, we chose to have "Dress Like Your Favorite Book Character Day! 

We were all very excited about this!  And the kids were super creative in the characters they chose!

We learned that a lot of our favorite characters from TV and Movies are also characters that are in books!

We also learned that our favorite princess movies started off as characters in books and stories!

 

We had some of our favorite book characters visit!  We love the Old Lady Who Swallowed Some Snow!

 

And, of course, Junie B!  We had Junie B. from Dumb Bunny and Junie B. from The Stupid Smelly Bus!

I dressed as Madeline and Ms. Gordon dressed as Rainbow Fish!

It was a great day!
